Our journey began December 26, 2000 and what a journey it has been.

In 2010, we decided it was best for us to break up and coparent. I want to thank you for respecting and loving me enough to let me go because it’s what I wanted at the time although it killed you inside. The following 4 years were tough on the both of us (individually and as a whole) but ultimately it led us to God and our relationship with Him is what helped us forgive each other and understand that only He could fill our voids. 🙏🏼

When we made the decision to turn our lives to Christ, it was no walk in the park and it still isn’t. Although it was the best decision we made, it was one of the hardest to follow (and still is) but by His grace and mercy, we continue to persevere. 🙌🏼

In 2015 (on father’s day), I asked if you would be my boyfriend and you almost lost it. Asking Armani to get off your lap just so you can look into my eyes and ask me, “Are you being for real?!?!” still cracks me up. 😆😘 Thank you for being the best friend I needed when I needed you the most. Thank you for never giving up on us and always praying for me and us. Thank you for saying, “Yes” to my question and doing things God’s way. 💓 Thank you for loving me when I’m not the most loveable. Thank you for always reminding me not to be so hard on myself all the time. Thank you for being such an amazing father since day one. Thank you for your patience when I’m on 1,000. Lol!! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😂 Thank you for all of your effort in being the great husband that you are to me. Thank you for encouraging me not to give up on my dreams and that if you can do it, I can too. I love you so much and I look forward to celebrating a lifetime with you! 🤗

God has proven time and time again that no matter what plans we make for ourselves, His purpose for us always prevails. He is truly amazing and no matter what, He remains. Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever – faithful, reliable, trustworthy and true to His Word!
